Job Requirements

  • Experience in hotel management or related industry
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to perform critical business analysis
  • Leadership skills in managing sales and marketing teams
  • Understanding of commercial operations in hospitality

Job Qualifications

  • Proven hotel sales catering or marketing experience
  • Demonstrated leadership management experience
  • Strong professional presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Skilled in critical analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Experience in business strategy and planning
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous
  • Experience working across multiple hotel brands

Job Duties

  • Design develop and deploy business strategies for the Americas
  • Lead the hotel sales and marketing process
  • Develop and communicate commercial strategies and standards
  • Drive revenue performance analysis and forecasting
  • Oversee group and transient revenue streams including banquets and catering
  • Manage pricing strategies and market share objectives
  • Support and guide B2B digital marketing social media and online content teams
  • Lead sales and marketing optimization processes and convert outcomes into business strategies
  • Recruit retain and develop sales and marketing teams
  • Conduct performance reviews and facilitate career development
  • Present commercial strategies to stakeholders and ownership groups
  • Build relationships with community and travel partners
  • Support sales travel and high-impact site visits
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and corporate identity
  • Facilitate culture aligned with Hilton’s DEI and ESG goals
