In the role of Complex Catering and Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating all aspects of catered events across these two iconic Hilton properties. This temporary position, with an anticipated employment end date in December 2026, offers the unique opportunity to work within a dynamic environment where hospitality meets innovative event management. As the Complex Catering and Events Manager, you will handle the end-to-end coordination of events, ensuring seamless transitions from pre-event planning through final execution and post-event follow-up. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in catering or event management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- excellent customer service skills
- valid driver’s license

- oversee event coordination including managing event documentation and facilitating seamless event transitions
- serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution of events and proactive issue resolution
- guide team performance by communicating client requirements and providing feedback and coaching to ensure high-level service
