Symphony Care Network, LLC is currently seeking a dependable Housekeeper to play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our skilled nursing facility in Michigan. This full-time position focuses on performing daily cleaning duties to uphold a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment within our facility. The Housekeeper will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure all designated areas are orderly and hygienic, contributing directly to the well-being and satisfaction of our residents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and exhibit a genuine passion for helping others. Experience in long-term care or hospitality is preferred but not strictly required. Candidates must be physically capable of performing routine housekeeping tasks and have excellent customer service skills. Job Duties

  • perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
  • maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, and restrooms
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
  • assist in setting up rooms for new residents or special events
  • use cleaning chemicals safely and appropriately
  • collaborate with staff to ensure a sanitary environment
