This part-time position provides competitive hourly pay of $18.25 and offers flexible scheduling with varied days and shift times between 9:00 am and 12:00 am. The average workweek ranges from 20 to 24 hours, with an expectation of weekend and holiday availability. The Retail Clerk will also experience the unique opportunity to rotate between three store locations: Dean Martin, BLVD, and LINQ Company Stores.

As a Retail Clerk, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting walk-in customers at these locations. The role requires a positive personality and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include obtaining merchandise requested by customers, stocking shelves, counters, and tables, and answering customer inquiries regarding merchandise. A Retail Clerk will also manage cashier duties, place orders for inventory restocking, and maintain proper inventory levels while ensuring that merchandise is stored correctly.

This position demands excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and coordinate with the Baldwin Park corporate warehouse on issues related to quantity or quality of merchandise. The Retail Clerk plays a critical role in maintaining a clean and orderly store environment while upholding security standards to prevent theft and manage payment policies effectively. Assistance with other projects assigned by the Merchandise Manager is also part of this role.
