Ole is currently seeking a reliable Company Route Sales Driver to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on ensuring the timely delivery of their beloved tortilla products to grocery stores including both chain and independent outlets. The role is critical to the distribution side of Ole's operations, serving as the vital link between production and retail. The Route Sales Driver will be responsible for managing delivery routes efficiently, conducting routine vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate travel logs, and transporting products safely. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience with Direct Store Delivery (DSD), and previous knowledge of grocery store operations is an advantage.

The Route Sales Driver position involves loading and unloading products at the warehouse and retail accounts, ensuring proper merchandising of products to maximize visibility and sales, and maintaining communication with management regarding any vehicle issues or incidents. The driver will also need to adapt delivery routes as necessary to avoid delays caused by traffic or road construction. Being punctual, reliable, and having a clean driving record are essential traits for success in this role. Additionally, bilingual English-Spanish skills are considered a plus, reflecting the diverse customer base Ole serves.
