Ole emphasizes the importance of being a trusted household name and aims to create lasting impressions by holding a seat at the dinner table as the ultimate compliment. The company's focus on quality ingredients, traditional recipes, and freshness ensures that every product they offer maintains the genuine taste of Mexican cuisine, appealing to a wide range of customers who appreciate authentic flavors and culinary heritage.

The role offered by Ole is for a Route Sales Driver who will perform vital transport-related duties that are essential for the distribution of the company’s products. This position is integral to ensuring that Ole's tortillas and related products reach grocery stores efficiently and in pristine condition. The Route Sales Driver is responsible for following a route schedule to deliver and pick up products, maintaining vehicle safety, and performing routine checks. Experience with handheld devices and printers to create invoices and credits is necessary, along with a solid understanding of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) systems applicable to grocery stores, both chains and independent retailers. The position requires physical capabilities to load products from the warehouse and unload at delivery accounts, along with merchandising responsibilities to ensure product presentation meets company standards. The candidate will adjust routes as needed to navigate traffic or construction delays, keeping communication channels open with management for any incidents or notifications regarding the company vehicle.
