The Route Sales Driver role at Ole is a crucial component of the company’s distribution efforts, requiring a reliable and responsible individual who can manage all transport-related duties efficiently. A successful candidate for this position will have hands-on experience with handheld devices and printers used for generating invoices and credits, demonstrating practical knowledge of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) models, especially to grocery store chains and independent stores. The ability to assist with loading products from the warehouse and unloading them at customer accounts is essential, as is merchandising to uphold the product presentation standards at delivery points. The role requires adaptability in route planning to avoid delays caused by traffic or roadwork, ensuring customers receive their orders reliably and on time.

This position demands professionalism, punctuality, and excellent communication skills. Having a clean driving record and complying with road safety regulations is fundamental for the role.
