Job Description

Ole is a distinguished company dedicated to crafting the finest authentic Mexican-inspired products with a steadfast commitment to quality and freshness. Renowned for delivering wholesome and authentic eating experiences, Ole prides itself on being a part of families' dinner tables, emphasizing the importance of tradition, flavor, and genuine Mexican culinary culture. The company's focus is on producing tortillas and other Mexican staples that resonate with both the heritage and the contemporary consumer's expectations for taste and authenticity. As a company, Ole is committed to maintaining high standards and fostering a work environment centered around excellence and community engagement.

The role of a Route Sales Driver at Ole is a crucial position that combines responsibility, reliability, and customer service in the logistics and transport sectors. This job entails the delivery of fresh, high-quality tortillas and associated products to various grocery stores along a designated route. The driver is expected to manage their delivery schedule effectively, ensuring timely drop-off and pick-up of products while maintaining accurate records such as travel logs for work hours, travel times, and locations visited. Essential duties include routine vehicle inspections to guarantee safety and efficiency, adherence to scheduled routes while being adaptable to changing traffic conditions, and supporting merchandising efforts at the delivery sites to maximize product visibility and sales.

This full-time position demands a dependable professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, punctuality, and excellent communication skills are critical. The Route Sales Driver serves as the company's ambassador on the ground, representing Ole's reputation for quality and customer commitment. Candidates should have experience working with handheld devices and printers for invoice creation, knowledge of direct store delivery (DSD) processes especially within grocery chains and independent stores, and the physical ability to load and unload products safely. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are considered an asset, enhancing customer interactions and service quality.

Overall, the Route Sales Driver role at Ole offers an opportunity to be part of a respected company in the food production and distribution industry, where delivering fresh, authentic Mexican products is not just a job but a passion. The position is not remote or hybrid, requiring consistent in-person presence to manage deliveries and maintain vehicle standards. The company is looking for someone who values safety, reliability, and service excellence, and who will contribute positively to Ole's mission and success.
