Company Route Driver

The Route Sales Driver role at Ole is a critical position responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products, specifically tortillas and related materials, to grocery stores including both chains and independent accounts. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires adherence to scheduled routes and vehicle maintenance protocols. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and exhibit a commitment to safety on the road. Responsibilities include transporting products safely, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, maintaining travel logs to document hours worked and mileage, and ensuring all transportation details such as delivery addresses are verified before pickups and drop-offs. Additionally, the role involves routine inspection and cleaning of the company vehicle to ensure it remains in excellent condition, as well as reporting any vehicle incidents immediately to management. Experience with handheld devices and printers for invoicing and credits, as well as knowledge of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) in grocery stores, are required. The Route Sales Driver is a face of the Ole brand to customers, so professionalism, effective communication skills, and an ability to navigate efficiently using maps and GPS systems are essential. Bilingual English-Spanish skills are considered a strong asset.
