We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Route Sales Driver to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our authentic tortillas and related products reach grocery stores efficiently and on schedule. As a member of our logistics team, the Route Sales Driver will handle all transport-related duties with a high degree of responsibility, including picking up and delivering products across various store locations. The position demands strong organizational skills, a keen attention to vehicle maintenance, and the capacity to follow a strict delivery route while adapting to real-time challenges like traffic and construction delays.

The Route Sales Driver will be responsible for maintaining detailed travel logs that accurately capture work hours, travel time, and locations visited. Routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance are critical parts of this role, as is the prompt reporting of any incidents, vehicle damage, or traffic violations. Candidates should be proficient in using handheld devices and printers to generate invoices and credit notes, alongside possessing familiarity with direct store delivery (DSD) methods to both chain and independent grocery stores.

This position is not suitable for candidates seeking remote work options, as it requires hands-on involvement with product handling, loading and unloading, merchandising, and direct interaction with clients. Furthermore, an ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is considered an advantage, adding value through enhanced customer service and smoother operational coordination in diverse communities.
