The role available at Ole is for a Route Sales Driver position, designed for a reliable individual to manage transport-related duties essential to the company's delivery operations. The Route Sales Driver is responsible for delivering tortillas and other products to grocery stores along a scheduled route. This includes maintaining accurate travel logs recording work hours, travel times, and destinations. The role also demands routine inspection and upkeep of the company vehicle, ensuring it remains clean, well-maintained, and safe for use.

As part of the responsibilities, the Route Sales Driver must assist with loading and unloading products from the warehouse to various accounts, use handheld devices and printers to create invoices and credits, and perform merchandising duties at retail locations. Knowledge of Direct Store Delivery to grocery stores, including large chains and independent stores, is important for effective job performance. The candidate should be able to adjust routes based on current traffic conditions to ensure timely deliveries and communicate any issues related to vehicle safety or tickets incurred during work hours.

This position is for individuals who are punctual, reliable, and possess effective communication skills. While bilingual English-Spanish skills are a plus, they are not a strict requirement. The company requires drivers to be 23 years or older, have a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record. This is an on-site position without options for remote or hybrid work arrangements.
