The role of Route Sales Driver at Ole is an essential part of ensuring that their products reach grocery stores efficiently and safely. The company is seeking a reliable and organized route driver to assist with all transport-related duties, including the delivery and pick-up of products such as tortillas. This position requires vigilance in maintaining a travel log to accurately record work hours, travel times, and locations visited. The candidate will also perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure the company's vehicle remains in excellent condition. This is not a remote or hybrid position; the route driver will be actively involved in hands-on tasks, including loading and unloading products and managing delivery routes.

In this role, the driver must exemplify responsibility and efficiency to guarantee all transportation duties are carried out in a timely manner. A top-performing route sales driver will ensure that delivery addresses and other transportation details are checked and verified before every trip. Drivers will also contribute to merchandising efforts at grocery locations, maintaining the presentation and appeal of their authentic Mexican products. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent knowledge of direct store delivery (DSD) to grocery chains and independent stores, proficient use of handheld devices and printers to create invoices and credits, and the physical ability to load and unload goods from the warehouse or store.
