Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
- Reliable transportation to assigned store
- Ability to work variable shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability during peak times for early mornings or late-night shifts
- Minimum of one year cumulative experience in customer service, community engagement or related fields
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Collaborate with store leadership to implement community strategy through community foundations and guest experience pillars
- Establish and manage local key relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and lululemon partner studios to boost new guest acquisition and retention
- Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities and enhance the store’s role as a community hub
- Connect with guests on the store floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and deliver an integrated omnichannel guest experience
- Attend, support, or host local and regional community events
- Execute product seeding strategy with community partners and Ambassadors
- Analyze community business data and share insights and recommendations with store leadership
