Job Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned store
Availability to work varying schedules including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, early mornings, late nights, or overnights as needed
Minimum 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, or community building

Job Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, groups, or partners
Demonstrated skills in motivating team members to achieve goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in planning and organizing work to meet priorities
Commitment to inclusion, integrity, connection, and collaboration
Open and curious learner mindset
Ability to take self-leadership and responsibility for actions

Job Duties

Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy through community foundations and guest experience to life
Establish and manage local key relationships such as Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and lululemon Studio partner studios to increase new guest acquisition and retention
Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities and elevate store’s status as a community hub
Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs for a seamless experience
Attend, support, or host local and regional community events
Execute product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors
Review community relevant business data and share insights with store leadership
Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences
