Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned store
- Availability to work varying schedules including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, early mornings, late nights, or overnights as needed
- Minimum 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, or community building
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, groups, or partners
- Demonstrated skills in motivating team members to achieve goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in planning and organizing work to meet priorities
- Commitment to inclusion, integrity, connection, and collaboration
- Open and curious learner mindset
- Ability to take self-leadership and responsibility for actions
Job Duties
- Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy through community foundations and guest experience to life
- Establish and manage local key relationships such as Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and lululemon Studio partner studios to increase new guest acquisition and retention
- Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities and elevate store’s status as a community hub
- Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs for a seamless experience
- Attend, support, or host local and regional community events
- Execute product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors
- Review community relevant business data and share insights with store leadership
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences
