- bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- previous experience in healthcare or senior living sales
- strong community outreach skills
- proven sales generation and lead development
- excellent organizational abilities
- customer service mindset focused on seniors
- positive and energetic demeanor
- proficiency in English communication

Job Duties
- educate the community about Brightview services and value
- build personal relationships with seniors and their families
- guide families through the senior living decision process
- execute marketing strategies including networking and advertising
- coordinate community events and public relations activities
- develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
- communicate effectively to ensure resident satisfaction
