Job Description
ArchWell Health is a newly established, innovative healthcare provider dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for senior members through compassionate, community-focused care. With a mission to deliver best-in-class healthcare services, ArchWell Health operates comfortable and accessible neighborhood clinics designed to create a welcoming environment where seniors feel at home. By fostering a wellness-focused community, ArchWell Health ensures its members receive continuous and personalized care from professionals who genuinely care about their well-being, families, and communities. The organization emphasizes respect and compassionate service, aiming to build strong relationships with seniors and provide them with the highest standard of healthcare.
The Community Relations Specialist at ArchWell Health plays a crucial role in advancing the company’s mission by engaging directly with the local community. This position involves community-based marketing efforts, fostering partnerships with Medicare sales agents, coordinating events, and actively immersing into the senior community to build trusted relationships. The primary goal of the Community Relations Specialist is to increase brand awareness for ArchWell Health, paving the way for membership growth that leads to new patients scheduling their first appointment. This role is essential in bridging ArchWell Health with community organizations such as senior centers, senior living facilities, faith-based groups, civic leaders, and food pantries.
Working closely with Membership Consultants and the Marketing Growth Manager, the Community Relations Specialist helps execute membership growth strategies aimed at consistently meeting or exceeding targets. By managing events and outreach programs that resonate with the senior demographic, this specialist not only promotes ArchWell Health’s services but also enhances the community’s understanding of how accessible and high-quality healthcare is available locally. The Community Relations Specialist also partners with Medicare carrier agents and brokers to maximize event success and generate valuable leads resulting in new patient acquisitions.
Beyond marketing and partnership development, the role requires meticulous tracking and analysis of event outcomes, lead generation, and membership acquisition to assess the effectiveness of community engagement efforts. Budget adherence and expenditure monitoring on marketing activities are also key responsibilities to ensure resource optimization. Above all, the Community Relations Specialist serves as a passionate ambassador for ArchWell Health, embodying the company’s dedication to senior wellness and community service.
This full-time position is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, are energetic, and have a genuine passion for improving seniors' lives. Candidates with established community relationships and experience in business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) community outreach or sales will find this role fulfilling and impactful. Familiarity with healthcare, especially working in provider offices or Medicare health plans, as well as proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce, are preferred. A valid driver’s license is required to effectively perform community outreach duties. ArchWell Health is committed to equal employment opportunities and values diversity in its workforce, inviting qualified applicants from all backgrounds to contribute to its mission of exceptional senior care.
