Job Duties

  • Greeting all visitors as they enter the community with a friendly smile
  • answering questions and providing information to ensure visitors feel comfortable
  • ensuring visitors sign guest sheets for security and record-keeping
  • directing phone calls to residents and staff efficiently
  • sorting, delivering, and collecting incoming and outgoing mail
  • assisting with basic office and clerical functions to keep operations running smoothly
  • maintaining accurate visitor logs to ensure the safety and well-being of our community
