Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial services, or general maintenance preferred
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and landscaping practices
- General handyman or maintenance abilities
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, laundry room, mail areas, and pool areas
- Conduct regular trash pickup on property grounds and around dumpsters
- Sweep, pressure wash, and blow breezeways, sidewalks, stairwells, and parking lots
- Assist with basic landscaping tasks such as weeding, raking, and watering
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-in by removing trash and debris and cleaning patios
- Support the maintenance team with minor tasks including changing bulbs, unclogging drains, and event setups
- Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel
- Maintain and properly store tools and supplies
- Lead and promote healthy and safe work practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
