Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in retail, community outreach, or fitness roles preferred
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- excellent interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- willingness to learn new software tools
- ability to represent the company professionally at events
Job Qualifications
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to connect with diverse audiences
- experience in run specialty retail or fitness-related roles is a plus
- familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Canva or willingness to learn
- ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively
- passion for running and wellness
- existing relationships within the running or wellness community are highly desirable
