The Community Marketing Agent role with Sports Illustrated Resorts, a brand under Travel + Leisure Co., is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sports, entertainment, and travel. This full-time position is based in the central location of Nashville, Tennessee, and focuses on representing the Sports Illustrated Resorts brand at live sports, festivals, concerts, and community events. The Community Marketing Agent serves as the face of the brand, engaging with fans and guests to create authentic and memorable experiences that foster meaningful brand connections. The ideal candidate is outgoing, high-energy, and thrives in dynamic environments where interaction and enthusiasm drive success.
In this role, you will be responsible for starting genuine conversations with attendees, qualifying interest, and accurately capturing guest information while promoting event-specific travel offers and incentives. Working closely with event leadership, you will ensure seamless execution and maintain brand standards throughout each activation. This position offers a chance to build valuable experience in experiential marketing while working with a high-profile sports and travel brand. No travel outside of the home sites area is required, making this role ideal for individuals looking to contribute locally. While sales and marketing experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. The position demands someone comfortable working nights, weekends, and varied event schedules. Clear and concise communication skills, reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are essential. Experience in sales, hospitality, promotions, or as a brand ambassador is considered a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills on smart devices is expected.
