The Community Marketing Agent role is a vibrant, dynamic position designed for energetic individuals who thrive in high-energy environments and enjoy engaging with diverse audiences. As a Community Marketing Agent, you will be the face of Travel + Leisure Co. at a variety of live events including sports games, concert venues, hotels, festivals, and community gatherings. The agent will represent the Travel + Leisure brand with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism while driving sales through direct engagement and conversations that turn connectivity into vacation bookings.
This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $21.30 with additional commissions and bonuses, creating an appealing opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy a performance-based reward structure. The role involves setting appointments for resort previews and actively promoting travel and vacation packages face-to-face at various indoor and outdoor venues throughout the Seattle valley. You'll collaborate closely with event leadership to ensure flawless onsite execution, maintain brand standards throughout activations, and consistently review performance goals to achieve personal and team success.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in and around the Seattle valley
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and event schedules
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage with diverse crowds in live, high-energy settings
- Reliable and punctual
- Outgoing and enthusiastic attitude
- Previous sales or promotional experience preferred but not mandatory
Job Qualifications
- High energy, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging people in busy, live environments
- Passion for sports, entertainment, travel, or hospitality
- Ability to quickly read guests and adapt conversations in real time
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Sales, hospitality, promotions, or brand ambassador experience is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and event schedules
Job Duties
- Engage fans and guests at various indoor and outdoor venues including festivals, hotels, concerts, and partner events
- Book appointments to preview resorts and actively engage in face-to-face package sales and vacation package promotion
- Represent the brand with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Start authentic conversations with guests that are not scripted or transactional
- Qualify interest and capture guest information accurately
- Promote event-specific offers, incentives, and travel experiences
- Work closely with event leadership to ensure smooth on-site execution
- Maintain brand standards, setup, and presentation throughout activations
- Review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually
