Job Requirements

  • 5 years of management experience preferred
  • Expert time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, proactively solve problems, and motivate a team to outstanding performance
  • Yardi experience preferred
  • Experience with LIHTC and PBRA/HUD is preferred
