The role of Community Manager at Royal American Companies is critical in ensuring the success and vibrancy of assigned properties. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager or Area Manager, the Community Manager acts as the lead supervisor, providing mentorship and guidance to associate team members. The Community Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of their assigned property, ensuring all associates understand and contribute to the corporate mission. In addition to operational oversight, the Community Manager assesses associate performance, implements training programs, and provides constructive feedback to continually elevate service standards. Financial management responsibilities include rent collection, budget preparation, and supervising accounts payable procedures.
