Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
- Basic computer skills required
- Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Must have reliable transportation due to emergency on-call responsibilities
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and night hours as needed
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, sitting for prolonged periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working in various environmental conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- four years of experience in the housing industry or related field
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
- Basic computer skills with ability to operate on-site software
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager
- Manage personnel including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategic leasing and marketing plans to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and manage rent collections and vendor invoices
- Supervise maintenance activities and property appearance through regular inspections and coordination
- Handle resident complaints and manage resident retention programs to enhance community engagement
