Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- minimum of three years of related experience
- ability to write clear and compelling content
- proficiency in social media management
- capability to teach or facilitate financial education programs
- active community involvement and volunteer experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- ability to interact with diverse internal and external audiences
- knowledge of credit union operations and products
- ability to create effective presentations
- physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- valid driver's license and safe operation of vehicles
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or project management
- at least three years of related experience
- strong writing and content creation skills
- understanding of social media platforms and strategies
- experience teaching or facilitating financial education
- active participation in volunteering or brand ambassador roles
- community involvement through board or committee service
- advanced verbal communication and public speaking skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- knowledge of credit union products and marketing
- ability to develop presentations and operate standard office equipment
- ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
- experience in business development and relationship management
Job Duties
- Coordinate community impact events and sponsorships
- manage employee engagement activities such as volunteerism and internal committees
- administer annual grant-making and corporate philanthropy efforts
- develop and implement content and communications strategies
- partner in managing community and business relationships
- coordinate event planning and hosting including nonprofit support and volunteer recruitment
- promote and manage volunteer engagement programs
- develop and execute social media strategies
- research promotional techniques and manage marketing supplies
- track budgets, invoices, and event details
- deliver sponsorship messages at public events
- support business development and member engagement via events and promotions
- manage relationships with retail partners to increase program awareness
- oversee CI&C materials and equipment ensuring professional brand presentation
- cultivate community contacts and collaborative relationships
- provide administrative support for charitable funds and campaigns
- maintain performance standards and adhere to compliance regulations
- incorporate CARES principles in daily interactions
- perform additional duties as assigned
