Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Related experience or experience with community events preferred
- Experience driving pickup trucks and cargo trailers strongly preferred
- Valid Utah driver license
- Must pass a lift test of 60 pounds at time of interview

- Knowledge of community events, processes, and practices
- Skilled in working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate motor vehicles safely
- Ability to maintain physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors
- Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations
- Multitasking skills
- Ability to lift or carry heavy objects repeatedly
Job Duties
- Aid with set-up, operation, and take-down of event equipment including tables, chairs, tents, signage
- Assist with event operations during weekend and evening hours
- Help maintain community events storage and inventory
- Provide customer service when interacting with event attendees and contractors
- Prepare city venues to host events, such as painting, pulling weeds, sweeping, raking
- Perform other related duties as assigned
