Job Description
Office Evolution is a leading company specializing in virtual office solutions and executive suites. With a strong presence across the United States, Office Evolution provides small businesses and entrepreneurs flexible workspace options designed to support their growth, productivity, and professional image. The company caters primarily to local small businesses, often with 1 to 5 employees, offering services such as meeting spaces, a professional mailing address, dedicated private offices, and coworking environments. This business model empowers clients to maintain a professional presence without the need for long-term leases or large overhead costs. At Office Evolution, the culture is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, creative, fun, efficient, and family-oriented. The team atmosphere encourages collaboration, where team members support each other across different departments to deliver an exceptional member experience.
The company is currently seeking a part-time Community Coordinator for its Blue Bell, Pennsylvania location. This role is pivotal in delivering excellent day-to-day operations and ensuring a smooth and welcoming coworking environment. The Community Coordinator acts as the primary front-line representative of the location, responsible for greeting members and visitors, managing office operations, and supporting administrative functions. Working approximately 20 hours per week, this part-time role blends customer service, operational support, and light facilities and technology coordination. The Community Coordinator will be involved in managing member inquiries through various communication channels, handling mail and package distribution, scheduling meeting rooms, assisting with community events, and contributing to the office’s social media presence.
This position requires a strong organizational aptitude and an ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic, service-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to create a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all clients and guests. Additionally, familiarity with common office technologies such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suites, booking systems like OfficeRnD or Nexudus, and basic networking troubleshooting will be highly beneficial. The role also entails supporting light facilities maintenance by coordinating with vendors and troubleshooting minor technical issues, ensuring the office environment remains fully functional and inviting.
Professional growth opportunities are available in this role, which offers a competitive hourly wage and a dynamic work environment. The Community Coordinator position at Office Evolution is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting small businesses and fostering community engagement. The company values proactive, reliable team members who can work independently while maintaining a positive, cooperative spirit. Candidates should also be physically capable of lifting light equipment up to approximately 25 pounds and able to stand for extended periods during events. Furthermore, the ability and willingness to obtain notary certification is a requirement, adding an additional layer of service capability to the office team.
At Office Evolution, team members are deeply involved in the success of clients, offering more than just workspace but a supportive and entrepreneurial community. The organization champions equal opportunity employment and emphasizes a collaborative, inclusive work culture where every member plays a crucial role in its operational success and community presence.
