The Community Consultant (Leasing Agent) role at Kinect at Broadway in Everett, WA, is an on-site, full-time position with a schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position is based in a modern 140-unit mid-rise apartment community built in 2020, where the Community Consultant will play a vital role in tenant relations and property leasing. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property tours, addressing tenant needs, maintaining market knowledge, preparing management reports, and hosting community events aligned with American Property Management's quality standards. This role demands physical presence on-site, reliability in commuting or relocation, exceptional customer service skills, and fluency in English.

Job Requirements
- Two or more years' experience in customer service
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
- must be physically present at job location during scheduled hours
- flexibility to work additional hours to meet company or project needs
- fluent in English
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- knowledge of federal fair housing laws, landlord tenant laws and ADA laws preferred
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years' experience in customer service
- one or more years' experience in the multifamily or student housing industry within the last 10 years preferred

- high school diploma or GED
- demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- proficient in effective communication and teamwork

- proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Job Duties
- Tour units with prospective tenants and highlight the qualities and selling points of the property and units
- handle customer and tenant relations and ensure all issues are being addressed promptly and with a high level of customer service
- maintain knowledge of the current area market
- prepare and maintain reports for managers
- host community events and ensure they are complying with American Property Management's quality standards
- assist residents from beginning to end of the rental process
