Job Description

Core Spaces (Core) is a leading real estate investment management company that places strong emphasis on relationships as well as property development. Established in 2010, Core is a vertically integrated manager focused on acquiring, developing, and managing properties primarily in the student housing and build-to-rent (BTR) sectors. With a portfolio of over 74,440 student housing beds currently owned or managed and a robust development pipeline exceeding 53,860 beds, Core is recognized for its innovative approach to residential community design and operations. The company also develops and manages over 3,000 homes within its BTR division, targeting high-growth metropolitan areas across the nation. Core's commitment to redefining the resident experience is supported by a culture rooted in six guiding values that emphasize innovation, resilience, mutual support, authenticity, trust, and continuous improvement. These values include PUSH (Invent Better Places to Live), GRIT (We Got This), LIFT (Help Each Other Win), SHINE (Bring Your Full Self), UPHOLD (Never Break Trust), and GROW (Always Get Better). This cultural foundation drives collaboration and innovation to ensure residents enjoy world-class amenities, progressive design, and hospitality-driven service.

The role of Community Concierge at Core Spaces is pivotal for maintaining exceptional community standards and resident satisfaction at each property. This position is primarily on-site within the leasing office and involves diverse responsibilities ranging from conducting tours for prospective residents to organizing marketing initiatives and resident engagement events. The Community Concierge supports leasing efforts through timely follow-ups with prospects and assists with move-ins, move-outs, and turnover activities, especially during peak periods which may require flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. The role demands a dynamic individual capable of managing direct community interactions while also handling clerical tasks and on-call duties. Acting as a brand ambassador for Lifestyle by Core, the Community Concierge also participates in securing partnerships, curating social media content using tools like Canva, and aligns closely with the Community Manager to uphold Core's high standards of product presentation and customer care. This position is typically part-time requiring at least 15 hours per week, including a minimum 3-hour shift commitment on-site. Overall, the Community Concierge is a cornerstone in delivering a seamless living experience and fostering a vibrant, connected community environment that reflects Core Spaces' mission to invent the future of living.
