Job Description

Core Spaces (Core) is a dynamic real estate investment manager that stands out as more than just a company focused on buildings but as a people-centered organization with a passion for innovation in living spaces. Since its founding in 2010, Core has carved a niche in the student housing and build-to-rent sectors, managing an expansive portfolio featuring over 74,440 beds and a development pipeline of more than 53,860 beds, alongside thousands of homes in major metropolitan areas across the United States. Core Spaces prides itself on a culture governed by six core values — Push, Grit, Lift, Shine, Uphold, and Grow — that embody the spirit of teamwork, integrity, continuous improvement, and innovation that drive the company to redefine living experiences for its residents.

The Community Concierge role at Core Spaces plays a crucial on-site role within the leasing office of residential properties. This position is designed not just as an administrative role but one that actively engages with residents and prospective tenants to ensure high satisfaction and community cohesion. The Community Concierge assists in spearheading leasing efforts through conducting tours, following up with potential residents, supporting marketing and outreach initiatives, and playing a key role in resident retention. Additionally, they are responsible for carrying out on-call duties, managing resident events, and maintaining the brand standards that define the Core lifestyle. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company that values collaboration, the ability to take initiative, and a commitment to delivering excellent resident service. It requires flexibility, as shifts can include evenings, weekends, and overnight hours depending on community needs.

Core Spaces is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where employees are encouraged to bring their full selves to work and grow both personally and professionally. The company offers competitive pay, generous paid time off, an employee assistance program, retirement options including 401(k) with matching and Roth account selections, and a culture that values communication and employee voice. Joining Core as a Community Concierge means becoming part of a forward-thinking organization that not only builds homes but also innovates the experience of living in them, while promoting a sense of belonging and opportunity for all team members.
