Job Description

Core Spaces (Core) is a dynamic real estate investment management company that places a strong emphasis on building meaningful relationships as part of its mission. Established in 2010, Core specializes in acquiring, developing, and managing residential communities with a focus on student housing and build-to-rent (BTR) sectors. The company's portfolio boasts over 74,440 student housing beds under ownership or management, alongside a robust pipeline of more than 53,860 beds in various stages of development. Additionally, Core’s BTR division is actively working on over 3,000 homes spanning multiple high-growth metropolitan areas nationwide. With its innovative approach to residential living, Core is dedicated to creating living experiences that are not only progressive in design but also infused with hospitality-driven services to enhance resident satisfaction and community engagement.

Core Spaces differentiates itself by living up to six core cultural values that drive the organization: PUSH (Invent Better Places to Live), GRIT (We Got This), LIFT (Help Each Other Win), SHINE (Bring Your Full Self), UPHOLD (Never Break Trust), and GROW (Always Get Better). These values cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement. Whether it's through the expertise of researchers, architects, designers, or operators at Core, the company thrives on a shared vision of inventing the future of living spaces.

The role of Community Concierge at Core Spaces is pivotal to fostering a welcoming and efficiently run leasing office environment. Serving as the cornerstone of resident satisfaction and community interaction, the Community Concierge supports day-to-day leasing operations and plays a significant role in marketing and resident retention initiatives. Responsibilities encompass conducting prospect tours, timely follow-ups with potential residents, planning and executing marketing campaigns and resident events, managing social media content using tools like Canva, and maintaining brand standards across the community. The Community Concierge also undertakes overnight on-call duties and supports leasing activities and special projects assigned by the Community Manager.

The position demands adaptability and a proactive attitude, as candidates may be involved in a variety of office-related and clerical tasks. Upholding Core's policies and exemplifying integrity and respect are essential components of success. Physical demands include the ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds regularly, maintain balance on different surfaces, and participate in property walks or events. The work environment is predominantly indoors with occasional outdoor activities and moderate noise.

Core Spaces is committed to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace where diversity is celebrated and every employee feels a sense of belonging. The company offers competitive pay, generous paid time off, employee assistance programs, and retirement options including 401(k) with matching and Roth accounts. Core values your contributions and provides a work culture that enables employees to share their perspectives and grow professionally.
