As a Community Coordinator at Plus One based in Richmond, VA, you will play a vital role in designing and executing engaging workplace wellness and community programs that support holistic employee health and foster meaningful social connections. This position is crafted for individuals who are passionate about wellness and community building and enjoy creating experiences that bring people together in inclusive, welcoming environments. You will be responsible for planning a variety of wellness initiatives that cover mental well-being, physical movement, nutrition, and mindfulness. Additionally, you will facilitate workplace community-focused events such as walking clubs, workshops, health fairs, and appreciation events that promote healthier lifestyles while enhancing team morale and camaraderie.
Your role will involve promoting these programs through multiple communication channels, including on-site signage and digital platforms, to maximize participation and impact. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and on-site stakeholders to activate high-quality experiences that cater to a diverse employee base. Data tracking and analysis will be essential in your efforts to continually monitor program engagement and effectiveness, allowing you to leverage insights to refine and expand outreach efforts.
