Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in health promotion, wellness, hospitality, communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in wellness programming, community engagement, hospitality, or event planning
strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
organized and adaptable
passion for wellness and creating welcoming, inclusive experiences

experience in corporate, multi-tenant, or hospitality environments (nice to have)
group facilitation or coaching experience (nice to have)

Job Duties

Plan and deliver wellness and engagement programs covering topics such as mental well-being, movement, nutrition, and mindfulness
host and facilitate workplace community-focused events such as walking clubs, workshops, health fairs, and appreciation events
promote programs through on-site and digital communication channels
partner with internal teams, vendors, and on-site stakeholders to activate inclusive, high-quality experiences
track program participation and engagement, leveraging insights to drive reach and impact
support use of wellness technology platforms and digital challenges
