We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Coordinator based in Richmond, VA, to join our team full-time. This position plays a key role in designing and executing engaging workplace wellness and community programs that promote employee wellbeing and foster meaningful connections among colleagues. The Community Coordinator will be responsible for planning and delivering wellness and engagement initiatives that cover mental wellbeing, physical movement, nutrition, and mindfulness. By hosting workshops, walking clubs, health fairs, and appreciation events, the coordinator creates impactful experiences that inspire participation and build a vibrant community.

In this role, the Community Coordinator will leverage both onsite and digital communication channels to promote wellness programs effectively. Collaborating closely with internal teams, external vendors, and onsite stakeholders, the coordinator ensures the activation of inclusive, high-quality, and engaging experiences. Tracking program participation and engagement is a crucial part of the position, with insights used to refine strategies to maximize reach and impact. Additionally, the coordinator will support the use of wellness technology platforms and digital challenges to enhance participant involvement.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in health promotion, wellness, hospitality, communications, or a related field and possesses 1-3 years of experience in wellness programming, community engagement, hospitality, or event planning.
