Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health promotion, wellness, hospitality, communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in wellness programming, community engagement, hospitality, or event planning
- strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
- organized, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced, people-centric environments
- passion for wellness and creating welcoming, inclusive experiences

Job Duties
- Plan and deliver wellness and engagement programs covering mental wellbeing, movement, nutrition, and mindfulness
- host and facilitate workplace community-focused events such as walking clubs, workshops, health fairs, and appreciation events
- promote programs through onsite and digital communication channels
- partner with internal teams, vendors, and onsite stakeholders to activate inclusive, high-quality experiences
- track program participation and engagement, leveraging insights to drive reach and impact
- support use of wellness technology platforms and digital challenges
