Job Requirements

High school diploma or comparable degree
Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within organizational settings
Show utmost level of integrity and respect towards others and company principles
Ability to write and speak effectively using appropriate conventions
Active listening and feedback skills with tact and consideration
Efficient time management through prioritization and planning
Ability to share key information and work harmoniously in a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly
Must maintain physical balance and perform bending, stooping, and reaching movements
Ability to see clearly with or without corrected vision
Ability to drive to and from client locations as required
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Availability to work on-site with minimum shift lengths

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or comparable degree

Effective written and verbal communication skills using appropriate conventions

Strong time management by prioritizing and planning work activities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to adapt to various organizational demands and work well in dynamic environments

Job Duties

Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
Commit to working full shifts consisting of a minimum of 3 hours per shift on-site at the property
Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal part-time hours
Complete all prospect tours of the community
Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
Curate content for social media and marketing materials
Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
Create marketing materials using Canva
Responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
Ensure product presentation always meets brand and company standards
