Job Description

Core Spaces (Core) is a dynamic real estate company that prides itself on being more than just a property developer; it is a people-centric organization where building lasting relationships is valued as highly as constructing exceptional buildings. Established in 2010, Core Spaces is a vertically integrated real estate investment manager specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of student housing and build-to-rent (BTR) communities across the United States. The company’s portfolio includes over 59,000 student housing beds currently owned or managed, with an additional 50,930 beds in various stages of development. Their BTR division also boasts over 3,000 homes either under development or actively leasing in high-growth metropolitan areas nationwide. Core’s residential communities are distinguished by world-class amenities, innovative design features, and a hospitality-driven approach to service, redefining modern living standards.

Core’s culture is deeply rooted in six core values that guide their daily operations: PUSH (Invent Better Places to Live), GRIT (We Got This), LIFT (Help Each Other Win), SHINE (Bring Your Full Self), UPHOLD (Never Break Trust), and GROW (Always Get Better). This culture fosters collaboration and continuous innovation, ensuring that the resident experience remains at the center of all company efforts.

The Community Concierge position is crucial to the smooth daily operation of Core’s leasing offices, serving as the primary point of contact for prospects and residents alike. The role demands flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen attention to detail. As a Community Concierge, you will be responsible for conducting prospect tours, following up with potential residents in a timely manner, managing internal and external marketing efforts, assisting with resident retention strategies, and performing overnight on-call duties to ensure resident satisfaction. The role also involves clerical and administrative tasks, demonstrating the need for adaptability and a high level of professionalism.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about creating welcoming and engaging communities. Working a minimum of 15 hours per week with shifts of at least 3 hours on-site, candidates must be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak turnover periods. Core Spaces offers a competitive pay structure, employee benefits including health and retirement plans, generous paid time off, and a 20 percent employee rent discount, supporting a work environment that values your contributions and professional growth. If you are driven by the desire to make a meaningful impact in the real estate industry through exceptional customer service and community engagement, this role at Core Spaces is an outstanding opportunity.
