Job Description

Core Spaces is a prominent real estate company specializing in innovative residential property management and leasing services. Known for creating vibrant communities tailored to today’s residents, Core Spaces focuses on delivering exceptional living experiences through meticulous property management and community engagement. The company places a strong emphasis on brand standards and consistently aims to exceed resident expectations by promoting a lifestyle that aligns with its core values. With a broad portfolio of properties, Core Spaces blends state-of-the-art amenities with personalized service to foster thriving and connected residential environments.

The Community Concierge is a key on-site team member within Core Spaces, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the leasing office at residential properties. This position primarily focuses on leasing activities, community engagement, and marketing efforts that support resident satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence in every interaction.

In this role, the Community Concierge conducts prospect tours, follows up with prospective residents, and actively participates in outreach marketing and resident event planning. The role demands flexibility in scheduling, including the necessity to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed to accommodate move-ins, move-outs, and leasing activities beyond standard working hours. Furthermore, the Community Concierge is responsible for maintaining the Lifestyle by Core brand standards, creating and curating marketing materials, and leveraging social media platforms to engage both current and potential residents.

Additionally, the Community Concierge supports clerical and administrative tasks within the leasing office, demonstrating a commitment to operational efficiency and teamwork. On-call responsibilities require the individual to be available during evening and overnight hours to address any resident concerns or emergencies promptly. This position offers a blend of customer-facing interactions and behind-the-scenes operational duties that contribute to a cohesive, resident-focused living environment.

This part-time role requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, with shifts lasting at least 3 hours each. The work environment is dynamic, and the schedule may fluctuate to meet property turnover demands and special event planning. The Community Concierge will also represent Core Spaces at student organization events and community functions, underscoring the importance of community outreach in building brand presence and resident loyalty. This position is well suited for individuals seeking to develop their skills in property management, marketing, and community relations within a supportive and engaging workplace culture.
