With a focus on creating a welcoming and productive environment, this role is essential in ensuring that clients receive exemplary service and support for their business needs.

As a Community Associate at IWG, you will be the face of the center, managing a dynamic workspace community. Your day-to-day activities will revolve around assisting clients of diverse industries, making sure their administrative and support requirements are met efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset to handle multiple requests ranging from IT support like WiFi access management and projector setup to handling mail and invoicing. You will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of the workspace, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, managing incoming inquiries, coordinating services like printing and meeting room setups, and liaising with facility management for any technical issues. You will also contribute to community engagement by supporting the planning and execution of networking events. This community-building aspect not only enhances customer satisfaction but also drives the collaborative spirit of the workspace.

IWG offers a competitive wage starting at an hourly rate of $17.45, combined with a quarterly bonus plan to reward performance and dedication. You will benefit from a comprehensive package including paid time off, company holidays, a 401K program with company matching, and affordable healthcare options. Additionally, IWG fosters a bright and inspiring work environment with opportunities for training and career advancement, ensuring that your professional growth matches the company’s expansion.

Working at IWG means embracing a role that balances administrative duties with people-centric community management, where every day brings varied interactions and challenges. This role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic, adaptive, and dedicated to problem-solving within a professional, business casual atmosphere.
