Based in Beachwood, Ohio, at 2000 Auburn Drive, One Chagrin Highlands, Suite 200, IWG provides innovative workspace solutions that empower businesses and individuals to work flexibly, conveniently, and efficiently. The company’s mission is to support the modern workforce by offering seamless access to premium office environments that foster collaboration, productivity, and a sense of community. IWG’s extensive network caters to a wide variety of clients, from startups to multinational corporations, all seeking adaptable workspaces that meet the demands of today’s dynamic market. The organization prides itself on a progressive company culture that values work-life balance, diversity, and employee growth.

The Community Associate role at IWG is a pivotal position centered around customer service, administrative support, and community engagement within one of the company’s centers. This full-time, permanent, on-site role based in Cleveland, Ohio offers both a competitive hourly wage of $18.76 and eligibility for a quarterly bonus program. The incumbent will serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their workspace needs are met and fostering a welcoming, well-maintained, and professional environment. The Community Associate will be responsible for managing daily operational tasks such as overseeing the readiness of the workspace prior to opening hours, handling customer inquiries, managing mail and packages, supporting technology usage like Wi-Fi and presentation equipment, and assisting with invoice and billing queries.

This role demands a proactive individual capable of multitasking efficiently while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. Interaction with a diverse client base requires excellent communication skills, empathy towards customer needs, and a capacity to solve problems independently. The Community Associate will also collaborate closely with the Community Manager to coordinate events and activities that enhance the center’s sense of community and networking opportunities. Working for IWG means benefiting from a vibrant and inspiring workplace culture that encourages continuous learning and professional development, all within a supportive team environment that values your contribution to the company’s success.

Overall, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in workspace management and customer relations within an internationally recognized organization that is at the forefront of the changing landscape of work.
