With a strong focus on innovation and customer-centric solutions, IWG supports a diverse range of industries by delivering tailored workspace experiences designed to enhance productivity, collaboration, and work-life balance. As a thriving multinational company, IWG champions a culture that values flexibility, inclusivity, and continuous growth, making it an employer of choice for professionals seeking dynamic career opportunities in the workspace management sector.

Located at 3281 E. Guasti Road, 7th Floor, Ontario, California, this full-time, permanent, on-site opportunity invites individuals passionate about customer service and community building to join the IWG team as a Community Associate. The role is designed to support both new and existing customers by addressing their administrative and operational needs, allowing them to focus on their core business activities with peace of mind. A Community Associate acts as a vital link within the center, fostering a welcoming environment, managing day-to-day user queries, and helping maintain an efficient and smooth operation.

The role includes a wide range of responsibilities such as assisting customers with WiFi access or technical setups, managing mail and package deliveries, resolving service issues promptly, coordinating events to enhance networking and community engagement, and ensuring the workspace environment is well-maintained and customer-friendly. The Community Associate works closely with the Community Manager and other team members to organize activities and ensure communication with clients is clear, professional, and timely. Through this role, successful candidates will develop valuable skills in customer relationship management, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and workspace operations.

IWG offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.56 along with a quarterly bonus plan, comprehensive benefits, and a positive professional environment fostering growth and development. Employees enjoy a balanced work schedule without standard nights or weekend shifts, generous paid time off including sick days and vacation, eleven paid company holidays annually, and a strong 401K program with company matching. Additionally, full-time employees benefit from affordable and comprehensive healthcare options with some plans available even to part-timers.

This position not only provides a stimulating and inspiring workplace but also offers opportunities for further training and career advancement within the IWG network. Employees are expected to adhere to a business casual dress code and contribute to a respectful and engaging community atmosphere.
