The Community Associate role at IWG centers around delivering exceptional customer service while managing the administrative and operational needs within the center. Job Duties

  • greet and assist customers with inquiries and workspace needs
  • manage administrative tasks including invoicing and service requests
  • maintain cleanliness and readiness of the workspace before opening
  • provide technical support for office equipment and connectivity issues
  • organize and promote community events to foster client engagement
  • handle mail delivery and package management
  • collaborate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
