The Community Associate role at IWG is integral to maintaining a seamless, supportive environment for the diverse and dynamic group of customers utilizing the Madison center. This position is permanent, full time, and based onsite, requiring fluency in English to effectively communicate across all levels of the center’s community. As a Community Associate, you will engage directly with new and existing customers from various industries, managing a range of administrative and support tasks that enable clients to focus fully on their business operations. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth daily center operations, assisting customers with technology needs such as WiFi access and projector setup, managing mail and packages, and supporting event coordination and community engagement initiatives. You will work closely alongside the Community Manager to organize networking events and foster a vibrant community atmosphere. This role is customer service-oriented, demanding a positive, adaptable attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience and proficiency in IT tools including Microsoft Office. This position also offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.00 plus a quarterly bonus plan, highlighting IWG’s commitment to rewarding outstanding performance.

Joining IWG means embracing a workplace culture that values flexibility, diversity, and employee well-being. You will benefit from balanced working hours that exclude nights and weekends, generous paid time off, 11 company holidays annually, and an attractive 401K program with company matching contributions. Health care options are available to all full-time employees, with some plans extending to part-time team members. In addition to these tangible benefits, you will be part of a professional and supportive workplace community that encourages personal and professional growth through ongoing training.
