The role of the Community Associate at IWG is a vital position within their dynamic and rapidly expanding network. Located in Englewood, Colorado, this full-time, permanent role is hosted on-site at the 8310 South Valley Highway center. The Community Associate acts as the friendly face and the operational backbone of their workspace center, working closely with both new and existing customers from diverse industries. They are responsible for creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming community that supports the business needs of their customers, enabling them to focus on their own success.

A typical day includes ensuring the workspace is fully prepared for client arrivals, managing customer inquiries such as WiFi and mail services, coordinating meeting room setups, assisting with IT equipment, and overseeing service charges for accurate invoicing. The Community Associate plays a key role in event coordination, planning and executing networking opportunities that nurture connections and engagement within the workspace community. This role demands adaptability, keen organizational skills, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and customer service.

Ideal candidates bring excellent communication skills and have experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment. They take ownership of challenges, demonstrate positivity and enthusiasm, and are confident in using MS Office and basic IT tools. Meeting the legal requirements to work in the U.S. and being over 18 years old are also essential.
