You will be responsible for handling administrative and support duties essential to the smooth operation of the center and the satisfaction of its customers. Daily tasks may include answering inquiries, managing customer requests, handling invoicing, coordinating events, and maintaining the workspace's functionality and ambiance. Collaboration with the Community Manager is also a key part of your duties, aiding in community engagement and event organization. This position demands strong communication skills, problem-solving aptitude, and a positive, adaptable attitude. You will engage with customers, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate connections within the professional community, making your role essential in fostering a supportive and productive work environment.

Job Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Minimum age of 18 years
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Manage the workspace center and prepare it for daily operations

- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding packages, room bookings, and other inquiries
- Collaborate with management to enhance customer experience and center operations
- Ensure the workspace is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times
