You will manage front desk operations, organize mail and deliveries, and facilitate access to amenities. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating events that engage and connect members, contributing to a sense of shared purpose and collaboration. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with the Community Management team and take direction from Community Leads to help drive community-related initiatives. Job Requirements
- College graduate preferred but not required
- Minimum of one year hospitality experience
- Customer service or sales experience is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated integrity, dependability, and accountability
- Passion for community building and entrepreneurship
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Cover the front desk during building business hours and act as an on-site point of contact
- Greet members and guests warmly and manage guest sign-ins according to policy
- Build relationships by learning member and guest names and anticipate their needs
- Maintain updated building-specific forms and keep the front desk organized
- Notify members of deliveries and answer questions regarding building policies and way-finding
- Provide feedback on event programming and help promote events via posters and communication channels
- Support building operations including mail handling, key management, and maintaining emergency equipment readiness
- Facilitate member engagement by connecting members, celebrating milestones, and using the member network effectively
