Job Description
IWG is a global leader in flexible workspace solutions, operating the world’s largest network of workspaces in over 120 countries. Our mission is to empower professionals to work from anywhere, offering connectivity, convenience, and flexibility as standards of modern work. We provide premium office spaces, coworking environments, and meeting rooms designed to meet the diverse needs of businesses from startups to multinational corporations. Located at 11900 Biscayne Blvd in North Miami, Florida, our center is part of a worldwide network, fostering a vibrant professional community. We prioritize customer satisfaction, innovative service, and an inspiring setting that promotes productivity and growth.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Community Associate to join our North Miami center on a full-time, permanent, on-site basis. This position offers an hourly pay rate of $18.94 with the potential for quarterly bonuses. As a Community Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers within the center, helping to create a welcoming and efficient environment. Your role will include handling administrative duties, providing support to members, and assisting with operational tasks that keep the center running smoothly. Your efforts will enable customers to focus on their core business activities by taking care of logistical and support needs.
In this dynamic role, each day will bring diverse challenges and opportunities to engage with professionals from various industries. You will ensure the workspace is prepared each morning, assist customers with their inquiries such as WiFi access or package deliveries, and support technical setups like projectors for meetings. Customer interaction is the heart of the job, requiring excellent communication skills, empathy, and a proactive attitude. You will manage invoicing accuracy, handle service requests, and maintain a well-organized community through event planning and active participation. Collaboration with the Community Manager to promote networking events and welcome prospective clients will also be a key aspect.
IWG offers a supportive work environment with a strong focus on work-life balance and employee development. We provide generous paid time off, including sick days and vacation, plus 11 paid company holidays annually. Benefits include competitive health insurance coverage, a 401K program with company match, and opportunities for ongoing training and career advancement. The work atmosphere is professional yet approachable, with business casual attire required, fostering a space where employees can thrive professionally while enjoying a bright and inspiring workplace.
If you are a motivated individual with at least one year of customer service experience, a positive demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, this role is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a global company committed to innovation and employee satisfaction. Join IWG and help us continuously expand our network as we redefine the future of work.
