Job Duties
- perform administrative tasks such as copying documents and filing resident files
- assist with sales and leasing activities including virtual tours and responding to inquiries
- prepare lease paperwork and organize resident lease files
- support move-in and move-out processes
- answer incoming calls and set appointments for property tours
- conduct on-campus marketing outreach to generate community awareness
- coordinate resident functions and manage resident communications
- act as after-hours liaison for emergencies
- respond promptly to resident concerns and document requests
