Community & Events Shift Manager

The role available is a dynamic leadership position that combines in-restaurant management responsibilities with active community engagement. This multifaceted role requires balancing daily operational leadership duties, including managing restaurant shifts, coaching team members, maintaining food quality and cleanliness standards, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. In addition to these core responsibilities, the position involves representing Pizza Ranch at local events, fundraisers, and community partnerships to foster strong relationships and enhance the brand's presence.

This leadership role requires a candidate comfortable with coordinating off-site events by assisting with setup, service, and breakdown, managing catering orders, and preparing equipment and inventory necessary for successful event execution. The position also entails collaboration with the management team to identify and leverage opportunities for community engagement, positioning the restaurant as a vital and positive actor in the local North Liberty area.
