Job Requirements
- At least two years experience in events, marketing, hospitality, or community management
- Strong network or connections within NYC’s design, architecture, or real estate industries
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Comfortable with hybrid work environment
- Willingness to attend in-person events regularly
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Plan and host monthly networking events, panels, and curated meetups in NYC
- Manage member engagement online and in person through the community portal
- Develop sponsorship and partnership opportunities with venues, suppliers, and brands
- Coordinate event logistics including invitations, RSVPs, budgets, and onboarding of vendors
- Support growth efforts for both free members and future paid programs
- Represent the Blueprint brand at industry functions and lead community communications
