Job Requirements

  • Have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
  • Minimum 1 year project management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well organized, focused and results oriented
  • Problem-solving ability with critical thinking and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of project management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized, focused, and results oriented
  • Problem-solving skills with critical thinking and prioritizing abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Project management experience in communications or related field is a plus
  • Macintosh platform experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day project delivery, track progress, adjust plans to meet deadlines, coordinate project completion
  • Serve as liaison between Advertising and Public Relations department, third-party resources, and internal departments
  • Generate targeted mailing lists, marketing campaigns, and activities
  • Manage marketing material inventory
  • Create media kits for trade shows and industry events
  • Communicate marketing updates to company leadership and employees
