Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in communications or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using telephone and computer systems
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a communications operator, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to operate a PBX telephone system and familiarity with computer applications

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional phone support with an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests
- Maintain relevant knowledge by staying up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations
- Support emergency response by relaying accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations
- Leverage communication tools such as PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations
- Assist in coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication flow
- Respond to requests for information and resolve guest issues efficiently
- Document and report communication activities and incidents accurately
